It is a bunch of con merchants that automatically renew your membership and charge you even when you do not want it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! beware you are warned they intentionally list you in auto-renewal for pay pal and banks which they are entitled to do these people know how to con you legally. You cannot contact them.

They try to get extra money for what other sites include in the basic package. Your preferences for potential partners are ignored unless you pay more. You do not know if your messages have been opened unless you pay. Avoid at all costs.

It is a semi waste of money. They don’t really do any matches, it is really just going through tons of pictures, some of which are not even registered with the site.

Their cancellation and refund policy is a rip off. Get ready to jump through fire if you want to cancel. Obviously the reason why so many people want to leave is because this site is inefficient and useless. This site didn’t work out for me and many other people according to the reviews. I suspect they actually don’t aim at providing any dating services. They are focused on conning you out of your hard-earned money by overcharging you and keeping you on automatic renewals until you notice it and start struggling to stop them from taking your money with impunity.

I have paid for 6 month premium package. Very disappointed, have encountered fake profiles and scammers several times. So thankful I have a keen sense of those who set out to try to get you to leave site so they can trick you into sending money.

Load of rubbish – don’t bother. They give you no notice the free period is about to expire – debit your account and even if you cancel same day they lock you in for a further 6 months. Scam artists

Matches appear not to be real people. A total waste of money. Cancelling your account is only possible after being ripped off for 12 months. I wait with bated breath to see if my account is cancelled next month. Save you money people.

Immediately you signed up you will start receiving messages upon messages and you will be told that you can’t view the messages till you make payment., but once you make the payment, the messages will stop coming and you won’t even get a reply from the people sending you messages. This site is fake and they are only after your money. Please stay away for your own good.

This is a terrible dating app. Most of the people are fake. When I tried to cancel my subscription, they keep charging me anyway. I have been trying for months to cancel.

Another pointless dating app. People supposedly match you then immediately disappear when you message. A total scam just trying to fleece you of your information and money.

My advice? Stay away from the site to protect your online identity. Website security is terrible. There were so many profiles of catfish strangers, most of whom were asking for money.

I have found this russianbrides a total sham or in better english…Fake. I can truly say they don’t care about customer service or profiling there image of a good respectful business. I had six ladies, that accepted to chat with me, each claimed to be from a city in the country I joined in. Instead when further chatting with them, they changed their story and claimed they were on business trip or just visited the country but are now back in their country. They all eventually asked for Itunes Gift card, my email address or ask me to join Google Hangout. I believe the photo they provide on their profile is fake.
